| Work day this Friday March 5th! | March 3, 2010 @ 12:17pm | We are planning for another race site workday for Friday March 5th. Probably do it the same as last time. Details are still coming together but figure on meeting for breakfast then be out of Russellville by 8:00 AM & onto the site for a full day of trail making. Bring your own lunch. IF YOU PLAN TO COME AND PLAY LET ME KNOW!
Once again, to help cover some of the travel expenses a club member incurs while working at the race site, the RVDRs will compensate each person $10.00 per round trip.
This benefit is not to cover all expenses but to supplement the expenses. A truck hauling 4 people would/could receive $40.00. That amount would be enough for fuel and maybe a light lunch for all 4. Each person in the truck could be eligible for a $10 reimbursement, not just the driver/owner of the truck.
Rules:
1. The person must be on the race site and WORKING for at least 6 hours to be able to collect.
2. Payment will be mailed & not be made on site.
