The enviros are and have been gleeful for a month. They think they have their man and they think they will get more of the judges they need.
I don't have a clue how the Pre-elect will govern, either way it would be a good time to call your elected officials with a well thought out request to stop closing our trails and ask them to fund more grants for OHV.

You wanted change, change you will have.
