We need to find a place to store this thing where members can use it. I really dont have the room here. I can store it for a limited period until we find another place.

Go back to the RPT application; it is clear as to what the intended use of this equipment is. No vote required; it was part of the agreement when the application was given the Notice to Proceed by the AHTD. It is the club's responsibility to see that the equipment is used & maintained as intended.

We need to create and maintain a log book to document the use of this equipment before anyone uses it. The log book should include a sign out form/wavier with a statement on the users responsibility to operate and maintain the equipment. Probably a liability waiver also. This log book will track the use and will be an official document to show to the state as to how, when, where & why the equipment was utilized. It should also state that it is for offical club use and not to be used as a recreational vehicle for hunting, joy rides, racing etc.

NO DAMN GAGGLE RIDING EITHIER!

Right Robert? Right Gorman?

Cool deal. We should really rent a storage shed so it along with other club supplies should be at one central location in Russellville. Also besides the log book the use should be done with a club activity or work related event of a group of 3 or more members. This should always keep things honest and show responsible use of our RTP aquired items. Do we have a log book for it yet. Did it come with digital gauges or an add on hour meter?

Yes we could use some income. The club is almost broke right now until we get the money back from RTP. Carry has volunteered to stored the unit at in his garage. We might want to keep it there or like eddie said we can rent a storage unit. CMAC is in the works of making a log book and a liabiltiy form.

I believe the original intent was to purchase a box trailer, store the rhino inside, maybe at the Yamaha or Honda shop. Is that right PETE? I trust CMAC like a brother, but long term storage at anyones house, I believe is asking for trouble. RPT, IRS, etc......

I agree Dingo. What about renting a storage facility to keep all of our stuff in until something perm happens?

Storage at CMAC was intended as a temp. thing until we can come up with another place to put it. Box trailer will have to wait until we recieve money from RTP.
