Robert and i discussed some details about this club event. Who is going to bring the food. Vernon i see you volunteed to help out with the food. Will you pick up the food on the way to the event. Robert has a gas grill to cook on. I figure we could get dogs, burger and potato salid. If you want to get anything else thats fine too. Keep you reciepts and i will right you a check at the event. If anyone has a easy up bring it with chairs.
